Closed all my rings 2,000 times. That’s about 5.5 years. Move, Exercise and Standing.
I hardly even think about it any more, efficient means it’s been a great addition.

Appointments, fixed space-time coordinates, always cause me stress since I’m untethered from clocks.
Today’s was a dentist, where I was to get a crown replaced.
I arrived, and they cancelled, because their “suction” machine was broken.
So I get to repeat it all next week, hopefully with suction.

I’ve not been working out like I used to but am slowly ramping up again.
Injured myself pushing too hard too fast on a new goal and it really set me back.
Patience truly is a virtue. And mindfulness, paramount.
