Holding space means listening without judgment, showing up without all the answers, and reminding someone they matter — no matter what.

You never know the impact your presence might have — or when you could be saving a life. ✨💙🌌

I was once told that "perception is reality." Today social media dictates how we feel about ourselves, other people, & the world around us. That is POWER we gave up. STOP. Put your phone down. Talk to a live person. No one's life is perfect. Remember, YOU can change how you perceive the world!

When the world was chaotic and scary - like it has always been - how did we survive? WE STUCK TOGETHER. WE BUILT COMMUNITIES. WE TOOK CARE OF EACH OTHER. This is how my ancestors survived. This is how your ancestors survived. Remember the wisdom of our ancestors. #AncestralWisdom

For 18 yrs, a big part of my identity was being an OR Nurse. When I switched to coaching, I wondered if I was making a mistake. Leaving my comfort zone proved to be the right decision. Sometimes a change is needed. No one but YOU knows what that looks like. Are you ready for a change? #MiscMonday

I have been seeing mixed reports on the 988 suicide/mental health crisis hotline. Is the US government really planning on defunding this program? Also, LGBTQ+ youth are not the only ones using this resource! Is anything being done to stop this? I guess we’re adding this to the protest list.

We are taught to “suck it up” or suffer in silence. It doesn’t have to be this way. We have a shared humanity. When we come together in community, no one has to suffer alone. #MentalHealth
