I was once told that "perception is reality." Today social media dictates how we feel about ourselves, other people, & the world around us. That is POWER we gave up. STOP. Put your phone down. Talk to a live person. No one's life is perfect. Remember, YOU can change how you perceive the world!

For 18 yrs, a big part of my identity was being an OR Nurse. When I switched to coaching, I wondered if I was making a mistake. Leaving my comfort zone proved to be the right decision. Sometimes a change is needed. No one but YOU knows what that looks like. Are you ready for a change? #MiscMonday

Now more than ever, we need each other. I'm lucky to have a tight-knit group of cousins. We do frequent check-ins, family video chats, & in-person gatherings. It's something we learned from our grandmother who lived to 100 years old. When you find your tribe, you thrive! Where do you find community?

I'm not sure if he was trying to be insulting or just give us a kick in the pants! This quote refers to our tolerance for risk or sense of adventure.
