Apparently, it took an end to the U.S. federal government shutdown for the report to be released.

TALARA (9569994) will most likely appear in this red area on tomorrow’s satellite imagery. It is known as the Khuran (or Clarence) Strait, located north of Qeshm Island, Iran. This is where the terrorist-designated IRGC anchors vessels they have hijacked in international waters.

Almost a month after entering the Baltic, and after over 2 weeks loitering in the Latvian and Estonian EEZs, AK ANA #IMO9239642 has finally make it to Ust-Luga. Currently non-sanctioned with flag, P&I and class in order. We'll see if she's sticking to the price cap when the next sanctions come out.

Police will be able to intercept communications and search for electronically stored evidence.

It will also see more focus on disrupting supply chains in the Pacific Ocean, with Customs, the GCSB and the Defence Force conducting a series of maritime operations.

Highlights for me were the staggering array of branded stubby holders, seeing how navies and industry are seeking to operationalise drones, and getting to meet @alxluck.bsky.social in the flesh.

Glad it only happens every 2 years - it’s going to take me a week to recover!
Starboard Maritime Intelligence has wrapped up a full-on, high-intensity week at Indo Pacific 2025 in Sydney.
It was an excellent event, defined by non-stop live demonstrations of our platform and productive engagement with key delegations.
