Man ir priekšlikums: vēlēt un kandidēt visu līmeņu vēlēšanās drīkst tikai tie pilsoņi, kuri ir nokārtojuši divu veidu "eksāmenus": 1) racionālā prāta un 2) emocionālās inteliģences. Tādējādi mēs izvairoties no dzīvošanas muļķu diktatūrā, kā, piemēram, šobrīd ASV un Ungārijā, vai Ogrē un Ventspilī.

Man ir priekšlikums: vēlēt un kandidēt visu līmeņu vēlēšanās drīkst tikai tie pilsoņi, kuri ir nokārtojuši divu veidu "eksāmenus": 1) racionālā prāta un 2) emocionālās inteliģences. Tādējādi mēs izvairoties no dzīvošanas muļķu diktatūrā, kā, piemēram, šobrīd ASV un Ungārijā, vai Ogrē un Ventspilī.
