I found out just today that JK Simmons's full name is Jonathan Kimble Simmons. I seriously thought his first name was JK. 🤦♂️

Question -- If I make a bottle of salad dressing consisting only of olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and dried seasonings, it should be just as shelf-stable, right?
The oil I use keeps congealing in the fridge and I'd like to get around this. Thanks.
