This is Utah in case anyone’s wondering how pissed off people are. I have never seen anything like this.

To the world:
We are fighting back. Our movement has been silenced by the media here—but we are not backing down. This is what our streets looked like across multiple cities. Tomorrow, there will be more of us! Raise a glass to freedom.

Your American allies.

I highly recommend Harriett starring Cynthia Erivo as Harriett Tubman. Inspired. Memorable. Brave-making. It’s on Apple TV.

Our government sent Venezuelans to a PRISON in El Salvador. Without any proof of their “crimes”. And we paid El Salvador OUR MONEY to do so.

These people are evil. @democrats.org STOP COOPERATING with the Trump/Musk regime in any way.

If you can’t do that, step aside.

The most helpful understanding I have held for many years is that my sense of security comes from within.

If my sense of security relies on static external factors, it will be rattled frequently because nothing remains changeless.

Tim Walz every day of the week, man.
Walz: "I wouldn't do those town halls if I were them either because they have to defend cutting Medicare, cutting Medicaid, hurting their local public school, fighting a trade war with Canada. Just the nonsense, and defending President Musk."

The books I’m actively reading tell the story of me trying to live through this moment in history: How We Learn to be Brave (Mariann Edgar Budde); The Book of Forgiving (Desmond Tutu); Who Do We Choose To Be? (Margaret Wheatley) annnddd Killman Creek (Rachel Cain)—suspense/thriller/serial killer!

Looks like masks are making a strong comeback. What is your favorite brand of K95 mask? I’m thinking comfort, effectiveness, not smushing my nose or ripping my ears off. Anyone?

Feel it all. Avoid the urge to keep distracting yourself. Sometimes, we must distract, to function. A a backlog of anxiety, grief, fear, dread, uncertainty never ends well. Sit with it awhile. It will subside more easily if you acknowledge it. I pray you peace.

The real scam: making you fear the “the other” while the rich rob you blind. I wish every American understood this.

Joy is an energizing form of resistance. Say to those trying to defeat, harass, kill your spirit: you will not sacrifice your joy on the altar of their evil. Blow out the candles. Sing loudly. Send flowers. Wrestle with your children. Raise a glass to freedom —wherever it can be found.
