It's official; after years of searching and trying, I got myself an apartment! I'm signing the lease next week and then I'll be starting the process of moving out 🙏 Because of my illnesses I've lived with my parents for far longer than intended, so it's pretty scary to take this step forward :')

Nothing quite like browsing Vinted for my childhood dolls (because # nostalgia) and being hit with the "VINTAGE" hashtag. SO RUDE. Just because they're correct doesn't mean they should say it!!! 😩

An obvious truth that took me YEARS to accept; Being disabled does not make me a charity case, nor undeserving of romantic connection. It’s honestly baffling how long I’ve allowed myself to believe this because of the amount of times people would take pity on partners of disabled folks.
