Poetic and utterly true.
“If the war in Ukraine does not end with the complete destruction of Russia and a new Nuremberg trial, a predator that has tasted blood will be left to roam freely in the forest.”

In Trump’s SOTU address, he claims to be chosen by god and says he’ll take Greenland “one way or another”, “reclaim” Panama, impose punitive tariffs, end “wokeness”…
A masterclass in wild egomaniacal bullshit and ugly threat, delivered to standing ovations.
Christ America. You’ve completely lost it.

British people appalled at what's happening in America should know the people from 55 Tufton Street, London want the same here. That's why Farage is never off our screens.

For over six months Musk has used his platform to incite violence across Europe with abject lies about minorities.

It’s algorithmic terrorism and has already led to violence in the UK and Germany.

How can we tolerate such intolerance?

Prices are expected to almost instantly go back to $1500 a month.

Insulin costs $2 to make.

In 2018 we left the EU's Water Regulation body and their massive fines.

Then sewage dumping increased 20x.

Before Brexit we had some of the cleanest water in Europe.

Now it is by far the dirtiest.

Today is an object lesson in the radicalisation of the British right-wing press. Britain is being disparaged and insulted by a foreign far-right conspiracy theorist. But the Mail, the Express, the Telegraph and even the Times choose focus their criticisism on the British prime minister instead.

A fool is easily parted from their money.

But so is everybody else in a system which has given water, energy, housing, public transport, banking and everything else to thieves who constantly demand more money.

🚨 ICC issues arrest warrants for Netanyahu, and Mohamed Deif over alleged war crimes

This means if Netanyahu steps foot in one of the 124 countries signed up to the ICC - including U.K., Germany, France,…- he must be arrested!

A big win for humanity!

As Health Secretary Matt Hancock sent Covid infected patients into Care Homes with zero protection for other residents leading to 30,000-40,000 deaths.

Now at the Covid inquiry he blames Nicola Sturgeon.

He and Johnson should be in court.

A brilliant thread from @barristersecret.bsky.social
I see that a collection of MPs have taken it upon themselves to “launch” a private prosecution, in relation to a case which is still awaiting a CPS charging decision.

What might be the problems with this? 🧵

Sorry. But this right wing media howling about landowners and employers having to pay a bit more tax is tiresome.
Where was your analysis and anguish over the impact of Brexit on…
trade
farming
travel
fishing
businesses
education
the arts
science
healthcare
the costs and losses for *all* of us…?
