Today I received official approval to enter the USA (ESTA declaration). With a request to call them about “everchanging procedures in these times of trouble”.
Makes me curious.
Has this text always been there?
Or is it an admission of rising chaos at border control?

Silly, a former streetcat, came to my house 8 years ago. Ever since entering my household, everybody spontaneously addresses Silly as “she”. Even I have seldom managed to call Silly “he”. Reasons unknown, but this is so persistent that we officially decided that Silly - born male- is a transcat.
