So we have an unconstitutional Supreme Court.
Which begs the question: if the Supreme Court keeps nullifying the very document that gives the Supreme Court its authority, why should anyone recognize the authority of the Supreme Court?

The Supreme Court approved this today.
Gosh. If only there were an historical analogue we could study to learn about the horrors of rounding people up without due process and sending them to torture camps in other countries.
