This is a really important paper. American infrastructure is expensive because we outsourced the capacity design (or perhaps even bid) effectively.

What a delight to see so many Harlem River Greenway projects complete and underway in the Bronx! Highly recommend this hidden waterfront gem from Depot Place to Roberto Clemente State Park 🚲
Today NYC DOT outlined the 2025 projects it will be installing to begin building out the Harlem River Greenway in the Bronx. The 1st completed project, in Highbridge, adds bike lanes on the Depot Place ramp connecting to the river. Some great before-and-afters. Info here: www.nyc.gov/html/dot/htm...
