On this day 53 years ago-Jan. 22, 1973-the Supreme Court ruled in the Roe v. Wade case, establishing a woman’s constitutional right to an abortion.

That right existed until the 2022 Supreme Court ruling in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Org. case.

I know these “interviews” with Justice Barrett are carefully scripted. But if she’s going to keeping urging Americans to “read the opinions,” and not just commentary, it sure would be nice if someone would ask her what we should do when—as is so often the case these days—there’s no opinion to read…

We must not leave this out of the account of what they have done. What Musk and Trump and Vought did. What Johnson and his band of sycophants allowed them to do. What tens of millions of fellow Americans endorse.

Yikes. I hadn't seen this video yet, only read about it. It's legitimately the two of them laughing on the most watched cable TV news channel as Homan directly calls out the "agreement" they came to, even as the DOJ is inisting there's no agreement.

This should be filed in court...
Tom Homan basically admits to a quid pro quo for dropping the corruption charges against Mayor Eric Adams in exchange for enforcing Donald Trump's mass deportation plan.

"If he doesn't come through...I'll be in his office, up his butt, saying 'where the hell is the agreement we came to?'"

Vile.
