I'm sometimes scared for Canada these days but I think I'd be much more scared to be an American right now. At least we are pulling together to save our country and democracy. Americans are having their country dismantled from the inside and the people are more divided than ever. Terrifying.

An update of the "I am Canadian" ad from the 90s that I didn't expect to like and ended up liking an awful lot.

Maybe I'm over excited about Mark Carney, but I think at this time, the sane rest of the world could align itself with Canada if we had a visionary leader. The Canadian brand is strong globally. We accept people from everywhere and weave them into our country. We are trusted and respected.
