in Rhinolophus cells. BANAL-236 did not replicate in wild-type Rhinolophus cell lines.

The S protein of BANAL-236 interacts more efficiently with hACE2 than with its Rhinolophus counterpart..

Like SARS-COV-2, "well adjusted to humans'?

There was no difference between men and women. Cognitive disability demonstrates substantial and persistent disparities across racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups.

The prevalence of cognitive disability among younger adults aged 18–39 years nearly doubled, increasing from 5.1% (95% CI 4.8%–5.3%) to 9.7% (95% CI 9.2%–10.2%), making this age group the primary driver of the overall rise in cognitive disability in the U.S.

The age-adjusted self-reported cognitive disability prevalence in the United States rose from 5.3% (95% CI 5.1%–5.4%) in 2013 to 7.4% (95% CI 7.2%–7.6%) in 2023, with statistically significant increases beginning in ..... 2016.

Worryingly:

the consequence of symptoms, stress and feeling unwell. Subsequently the authors look at gene expression, where of course differences are found. If they are relevant remains unknown. Differences are modest.

Male hormone testosteron is silimar in male, and female hormone Oestragen is similar between the female groups. These seem different in the oposite sex, with reduced testosteron in females with LC and reduced Oestragen in males with LC. There may also me cortisol differences

Similar observations are made in reduced proportions of regulatory T cells and alterations in red blood cell morphology. All points to increased immune activity.

In addition, there are differences in cytokine levels between women and men.

What is observed is an increase in myeloid immune cells (macrophages, monocytes, neutrophils) and a decre<se in lymphpoid cells (B and T cells). This trend is in both sexes but more visible in women (more subjects, hence statistically different). This is suggestive, together

The cohort has 78 LC individuals with ME/CFS (58 females and 20 males), as well as 62 recovered individuals (42 females and 20 males). This is a modest size.

The sex bias towards women has been noted in many papers. This is in line with more frequent autoimmune diseases.

There is an anwer, well, no of course not!

There are empty words, personal insults, etc. It again highlights these accounts have no knowledge or data or evidence. They cry: "they are wrong". What is wrong and the evidence of wrongness remains unknown.

Do they know this from each other? Anti-vaxxers and COVID-Doomers use the same tactics: twist facts, abuse bad papers (opinions, case studues, low impact journals), shift goalposts, and then demand others “prove a negative.” It’s not honest debate, it’s bad-faith performance.

Although less contract is possibly, the viruses detected are not absent, but their presence is less. "No virus was found to be unique to the patients. No virus was found systematically in all ME/CFS samples."

What it means is as yet unclear.

Your “growing anger” seems to come from a simple place: belief first, evidence later, if ever.

SARS-CoV-2 doesn’t have supernatural properties. Every claimed “special feature” has been observed in countless other viruses, and the data consistently shows this.

Can you show which of those falsehoods are and substantiate why with primary quality scientific studies, or are you parroting the opinions of others, and you have no expertise to make such claims?

-The people tested by PCR or ELISA (IgG) are not the same.
-rates of testing are not similar at all.
-People are tested multiple times.
-People can be reinfected.
-People were vaccinated from 2021 (IgG+)
-IgG titres do not always remain above detection limit

Always-wrong-Nicolas-Hulscher, the pretend epidemiologist show again to be wrong and not undersland any science.

Is this "study" worth any attention, does it warrent the big (and wrong) proclamations?

Of course not.

It doesn't, it isn't science, it is ideological cherry-picking. None of the claims made hold, none of the authors have required expertise or understanding, none of the reference substantiate the claims made. It us brodel work.

De absolute leider van een éénmanspartij huilt dat hij wordt buitengesloten. De populairste in zijn eigen partij, indrukwekkend! Alleen jammer dat democratie iets met samenwerking te maken heeft, niet met aanbidding.

It didn't get better. Science is not perspective. The lived experience can be informative, but does not trump studies and certainly not facts. It is identity politics, which is anti-Science and will benefit no-one, especially not the patient's who need it
November 8, 2025 at 12:12 PM
Trying to put feelings above fact is what was meant. No, that is not science. Science is entirely independent from anyones feelings. It holds true, wether you like it or not.

So no data was put forward. Science stands.
November 8, 2025 at 12:07 PM
More scaremongering from a WHN member. This is again not science. It is pushing concepts to the extreme by conflating cancer causing infections with respiratory infections. It doesn't hold.

What is true?

The #LeonardiEffect strikes again. When you lack knowledge and follow a cult: you misinterpret words and studies, thereby claiming nonsense and causing unnecessary concern.
