Genomics tweeps, I need to compare median of expression of ~150 genes (in a violin plot) before and after a treatment. More appropriate Wilcoxon-Rank-sum test or Wilcoxon-signed test (i.e. paired wilcoxon)? This is what AI suggests:

CUT&RUN crowd: We have been using a CUT&RUN kit which has been working fine so far. However, we recently bought a new lot of the kit, and did 8 CUT&RUN who all look the same regardless of antibody and cell type, including iGG. See below. Suggestions? MNAse cutting unspecifically?
