The SEC's position at the moment is "Crypto tokens are unregistered securities and they're (almost) all illegal" and they've pursued that position quite extensively in court.

i'm a huge robby fan but no doubt he's sucked epically this year. And looking at today's practice lines (esp with reaves out) maybe for the first time since robby's been here i don't see a guy that i'm upset is playing over him.
