@jamesgunn.bsky.social Superman is so goddamn good it just made years of my work irrelevant, and I'm not even mad about it.

P.s. I hope we get some love for Vic Sage while Jeffrey Combs is still alive to play him. Give him lung cancer and one last job to fight brainiac or mecha-epstein or somesuch.

🧵 THREAD: A federal whistleblower just dropped one of the most disturbing cybersecurity disclosures I’ve ever read.

He's saying DOGE came in, data went out, and Russians started attempting logins with new valid DOGE passwords

Media's coverage wasn't detailed enough so I dug into his testimony:

Back like I never left!

Though before I resume the doom and gloom I wanted to help a friend whose relative is putting in that work in to realize their dream. You know the drill: please share and send a few bucks if you can spare. seedandspark.com/fund/the-den...
The Dennis Boys - Film and Storytelling | Seed&Spark
Two brothers, a realist and a dreamer, struggle to find common ground when it comes to taking care of their sick mother. This film is a humanizing and humorous look into a family’s struggle to overcome the obstacles in their way through their love for one another despite their conflicting values.

Shoutout to @lionsledbydonkeys.bsky.social for teaching me about Eugene "the coolest goddamn person you've never heard of" Bullard. I've since gotten dozens of people to read All Blood Runs Red while working at my local library.

This is why you fight these cowards.

The moment you stand up to them, they crumble.

Homan has nothing. The Fourth Amendment is clear and I am well within my duties to educate people of their rights.

He can threaten me with jail and call names all he wants. He’s got nothing else.

In these dark times I keep thinking about how bleak it must have looked for abolitionists in 1850. I know conditions are different now, but it gives me a shred of hope for the future.

If anything bad ever happens to Musk what is that trial gonna look like?
Prosecutor: "I request your honor recuses themself on account of the conflict of interest since musk stole your SSN too. I also need to recuse myself for the same reason. Also we are having trouble finding an unbiased jury..."

The real strength is keeping a straight face when someone asks for a book you know contains empirical falsehoods and harmful misinformation.
Do not mess with librarians. They let complete strangers borrow their books. For a living. Even the hardcovers. They are so much stronger than you know.
