DCLA also congratulates Madelaine (Maddie) Estrabillo, the 2024 Ruth Fine Student Loan winner, on the total forgiveness of her loan. Maddie is pursuing a MLS at the U of Maryland while also working full time as a Children’s Specialist at the Canton Branch of the Enoch Pratt Free Library.
