Just hit 4K miles on the family cargo bike while taking the kids to school this am. This thing has been one of the biggest parental level-ups we’ve discovered. It’s made the commute something the kids look forward to, and has cut my commute (which was not bad to start) in half.

Dep_H_Sec had a big raid on canal near the genome center today. Came home and took kids to the park and immediately saw Coast_G (part of same org) deploying drones on the east river.

Favorite line of the day (wish I knew the speaker’s name) “Today we stand together to defend science… tomorrow we must stand together to defend the arts, humanities!” Because you know it won’t stop with us. Now is the time folks. The time for all of us to stand together against this evil.
