Before you push, pause.
How’s your body feeling today? Sore? Energized? Tight?
Listen in, adjust your movement, and modify when needed.
Progress comes from consistency, not punishment.

I’m slowly working on a habit of off day, longer yoga sessions. Sometimes it happens before bed, sometimes in the late afternoon after work before the evening.
