From winter to summer solstice, the sun moves north in the sky.

Yoga reflects this journey inside the body. Prana, or lifeforce, is guided upward from the root to the crown chakra.

We focus our attention and breath to lift this inner light upward, bringing clarity, balance, and awareness.
