It's occurred to me there appears to be no such thing as "'fuck you' money" anymore. The wealthiest people, businesses, universities, and law firms not only aren't saying "fuck you" but are in a race to see who can allow themselves to be fucked the hardest and fastest.

@jasonleopold.bsky.social As the king of FOIA - how is any financial info ever obtained on contracts/docs? Anything I try to get with a $ sign in front of it is denied under ex 4 "confidential financial info" by virtue of it being something the owner doesn't want disclosed thus "confidential".

@ddigest.bsky.social Do some studios just not provide trailers? A24 in particular. Never got trailers for Parthenope, Warfare, Death of a Unicorn, etc. Also Shudder - would love the Ash trailer in high quality.
