Maybe this has been addressed but afaik "Hey Fascist, catch" is not in Helldivers (which I play a lot of). You're fighting bugs. I have never heard the word "fascist" in the game, which is a Starship Troopers-like parody of fascism. Generally when you launch a bomb your guy says "for democracy!" etc

lol that dude. He says billionaires are leaving for Austin, Dallas, etc when he wants to claim taxes are driving people away, then does a 180 and says NYC is thriving when he wants to claim nobody is being hurt by lack of affordability.

Well I love all the books on there that I've read (Annihilation, Station Eleven, Girl With All the Gifts, Between Two Fires, The Road, and The Stand), so I guess I have to read the rest now. Interestingly I have super vivid sensory memories of my first reads of both Annihilation and The Ruins.

Sean Duffy is a stupid asshole but tbf that chart does seem to be comparing total homicides over 6 years in Sawyer County vs homicides just on the NYC subway in about 1 year's worth of rides.

Weird, I thought Trumpland insisted lying on loan applications to get better rates was not fraud or criminal because the loaner could do their own due diligence and the loans were paid off eventually?

The logic that allowing him to get away with absolutely everything and think that he can do whatever he wants will, in the future, result in him recognizing that he is not the king and complying with judicial orders escapes me.

I guess I am naive. I don't understand why these lifelong appointees require "capital" to issue their rulings that everyone must abide by.

Sure, the agency under Congressional oversight by law should totally be able to "issue guidance" to Congress on how they are allowed to conduct that oversight. Makes perfect sense.

BBC is doing the same thing: Directly calling what Williams did "Nazi salutes", whereas they could not bring themselves to do the same for Elon's "gestures", merely nothing that "some on X" "likened" it to Nazi salutes "but others disagreed".
