Ronin predates digital colour grading, so they shot the whole movie on Kodak EXR 500T but processed it like it was 250 to desaturate the negative and give it a grainier, washed out look.

Frankeheimer blew up half of the the main Paris railway switching station with real explosives when he found out the French were going to take it apart to update it. And the ending is exactly the kind of end every Nazi deserves.
