whilst I don't disagree, the text of the law (to my uneducated reading) might suggest that in this specific instance, the person accessing the information might reasonably suspect that they shouldn't be able to access it?
(1)A person is guilty of an offence if— (a)he causes a computer to perform any function with intent to secure access to any program or data held in any computer [F1, or to enable any such access to be secured]; (b)the access he intends to secure [F2, or to enable to be secured,] is unauthorised; and (c)he knows at the time when he causes the computer to perform the function that that is the case.

took me about 4 hours today with a multimeter, bit of foam, ruler and a heavy thing. Pretty sure there aren't any diodes for rollover.

Grandstand BMX Flyer was the BEST. Such a shame people are asking £400 on ebay for them these days cos I'd love to have one. I never owned one myself. I used to play it at a friend's house!

Rhodes said she had not always agreed with Galloway's views in the past but had respected his integrity, his role as an "effective thorn in the side of the establishment", and his stance on Iraq. However, she said it was impossible for him to continue his column following his remark that having sex with a sleeping woman was "not rape as anyone with any sense can possibly recognise it" if she had already had sex with that man.

Candidates did not read the question carefully and as a result, lost marks. The question asked for minimum storage capacity for this context, not the capacity that they would like based possibly on their own devices.
