One of the reasons Vimes is such a good character is that he *makes* himself behave well. It's not automatic. It's a choice, every damn time, and he also gets to be petty and hilarious and tired and loving as hell.

We can choose, too.

I asked my wife if she could pause Stardew Valley and help me with a few chores, but she's playing "farmcore" mode where if you even try to pause, it deletes your save and you have to start from scratch
