Observations day 2 without FB: my thumbs keep trying to doom scroll without my consciously deciding to. I've also reached out and spoken to more friends actively as opposed to just making a status. I did do a little more online shopping so those apps are off the phone too. Definitely a process

Slowly beginning to untether myself from meta. It feels good but probably will take awhile to fully go. So far I've deleted FB from my phone. I plan on deactivating once I've reached out to a few folks. But who knows maybe I'll get rid of all social media. But then again maybe maybe I'll miss it
