I did a binge of better offline recently and it inspired me to finally start to make the break from meta. I deactivated Facebook for the 1st time in 20 yrs and removed all other sm (besides Blue sky) from my phone. It's been liberating. What I wouldve said into the void I'm now saying to friends

It's been like that for everyone this year. I'm working part time at Target and everyone is behind. Thanksgiving was late so it was like we lost a week.
