❌ More team members often means more time spent on management & alignment.
❌ Variable quality—finding top talent takes time and effort.

✅ High-caliber work delivered quickly, with minimal back-and-forth.
✅ Ideal for small teams with ambitious goals and tight deadlines.
❌ Costs are front-loaded, requiring higher initial investment.
