Uncertainty can be a major stressor for a lot of autistic folks. This isn't usually about control; it's about being able to prepare.

My ANA speckled test came back as 1:340 and my inflammation was 44. and my doctor referred me to rheumatology. And it absolutely could mean nothing, maybe if I got my anxiety under control my body wouldn’t be so sick but I don’t know. I’m pretty worried for my future and if I’ll actually thrive.
