That's OK, I do that all the time. The books blur after a while. But Nemo was a horror-show, I never forgot your reincarnation of him.

I got the impression that the judge thinks that any copying of fundamental plot-lines and scenarios, even for the purposes of review or non-commercial dissemination, are copyright violations. They seem to be extraordinarily literal-minded, they cannot discern fundamental differences of intent.

You've conveniently forgotten Captain Nemo's beard, which defies medical science to this day. QED, eh?

Lived in Fredericksburg but worked all over NoVa/MD/DC.
VA community colleges are an amazing resource, but I dropped out before finishing, so much work to be had.
My psychogeography is all about finding a cheap place to eat a decent lunch on mostly paltry wages.

No, about 40 years ago. About 300-500 bucks a semester & worth every hard-earned penny.
There was that place nearby (Joes?) that sold the infamous Hippy Roll, subsisted on those & cigarettes, would crash with another illustrator at Seminary Towers. First gig was next to the Dixie Pig, Alexandria.

I think it's Malcolm Green (Atlas Press) who labelled them as the Enthused Ones.
