I'm not a big believer in diving into the industry breakdowns because I believe that all jobs matter.
But the Administration has made dramatic policy shift to boost manufacturing, and it just ain't working. Manufacturing employment fell -12k, and is down -78k over the year.

Agreed. I rep’d a large car co, we gave no info and opposed everything. I was opposite to car co- they gave us 1000 docs over 2 years- all of which weren’t relevant. Protective orders, show cause, a difference in opinion over when a lit hold starts.
Malicious prosecution claim would work better.

Federal judges have an ability to request assistance from federal clerks in other districts (or there was when I clerked in 2004-2005). It’s a remarkably polite way of making sure no clerk is “low on opportunities.” My judge did it when I clerked once. I wonder if they used it here for help?
