It's almost certainly not v.fib. Much more likely a.fib. which I believe was his previous diagnosis. v.fib is fatal if the person is not defibrillated within about 30 seconds. My mother died from it.

Is 15 legal anywhere in the US? I know the age of consent is 16 some places but not aware of it being lower than that anywhere.
