Definitely the js13k and it definitely never worked - 5 years in a row - but I won't give up.

I will plan to write these failing stories, thanks for the idea 😊

What I'll post:
→ Code Challenges / Game Jams: AoC, js13k, bevyjam...
→ Game dev with Bevy/Rust
→ SaaS building progress
→ Technical learnings
→ Honest updates (including what doesn't work)

Let's connect! 🚀

Why Bluesky:

I tried sharing creative work on LinkedIn. It didn't land.

Turns out CTOs posting about game jams confuses professional networks 😅

So here I am - ready to share the messy, fun, technical creative process with folks who actually care about it.

🧢 By day:
CTPO at a climate tech startup, leading a small engineering team, practicing Extreme Programming, building weather data systems.

🛠️ By night:
Tinkering with Rust, Bevy Engine, game dev, fantasy writing - all the creative projects I postponed for too long.

Done, have to go with something now (maybe the first step to finish and submit 🫣😁)

So advanced in just a few days 👍

Amazing 👍 my weekend was less productive, by far 😂

Love it 👍

Check back in a week to see if I managed to build something playable... or if everything exploded spectacularly! 💥

(Both outcomes are valid learning experiences, right?) 😅

🎙️ Question for the brave souls out there:

What would YOU build with "Chain Reaction" as theme in 9 days?

Drop your wildest/smartest/weirdest ideas below!

Always curious to see how different minds tackle the same challenge

Between levels, Trix (my eccentric inventor) shows up to "improve" the system with her "revolutionary ideas".

Think: puzzle + time pressure + a dash of chaotic humor in my steampunk-fantasy universe.

We'll see if this concept survives contact with reality! 🤔

💡My current idea (sometimes good, often weird):

A puzzle game where Grimble (my obsessive goblin librarian) must organize his library before time runs out.

Plot twist: every misplaced book triggers a chain reaction that drops MORE books...
