Buhbye, Spotify! Cancelled my family plan, subscribed to Tidal's family plan instead (damn, audio quality is BETTER!).

Was even happy to give TuneMyMusic the $5.50 to transfer my playlists instantly, too.

My music sounds cleaner and my conscience is clearer. This is the way. 💙✌️

Can confirm! As if the ICE ads weren't enough, this shitty "customer service" is plenty in itself. Lost two premium customers from my family tonight.

I got shut out in 2 minutes, and I'm a premium subscriber. Ended my chat before I could ask any further questions or continue with requesting the cancellation. This sucky customer service alone is enough to make me walk.
