In excellent article by Jonathan Rauch in "The Atlantic" the current regime is described not with the usual words but as "patrimonialism." It fits perfectly: the "ruler" thinks himself the personification of the state. The fatal flaws are incompetence & corruption which we must capitalize on. READ!
