If the rental car company was providing one, it probably would have to. But it would be more likely that they wouldn’t provide vehicles with interlocks.

That’s not necessary, the endorsement only documents that corrective lenses are required before I’m legally permitted to operate a motor vehicle.

My drivers license has an endorsement requiring me to wear corrective lenses while driving, it seems straight forward to attach the same requirement to the licenses of repeat drunk drivers.

Well, communities are being formed already so if you think there’s an underserved market for doctrinally laissez faire ATProto infrastructure you should go build it. There are already open source services available so all you have to do is put your money where your mouth is.

You can use a softer material as a makeshift soft jaw for your drill chuck. On all the machinists YouTube’s they use copper shim stock, but you can probably make them out of strips cut from an aluminum can if you have one.

According to this network map from 2009, that makes sense. You’re roughly in LA so your traffic is routing between the route through STL and the southern one. Where as my nearest backbone goes through Chicago.

Could they even take and hold France in this hypothetical? Given how far behind they were with atomic research, I would guess the mechs would entirely consume German oil production leaving none for the rest of their military needs.
