How thick are all these Conservatives?! What did they think was going to happen with Trump II??

They approved someone clearly totally unfit for the office WHAT EXACTLY DID THEY THINK WOULD HAPPEN?

This is pathetic but expected from Tony Gallagher who is shit at his job, existing only to suck Murdoch c***.

I would like to see David Runciman get a regular programme. Not this one but something like his podcast series, which is exactly what Radio 4 should be doing.

Who bought it 😠

Oh booo can’t you let us hope?

Did you raise that with the Judge? On both cases?

If that is as you say that should have been done.

I think yours and the comments below might say more about your contributions to the Jury than your fellow jurors to be honest.

I have done it twice and had very positive experience.

Yes jurors disagreed, misunderstood, voiced opinions not facts but thats the point of a collective of 12.

Not at all my experience of two jury duties. There were juror who stated things I didn’t understand or clear missed things but thats the point of a collective of 12.

I’ve done jury service twice, a 10 week trial & a couple of smaller trials.

Yours and the poster you quote was categorically not my experience.

I came away very impressed and reassured by the system.

That said - the smaller trials did not need a jury. A Judge/Magistrate would have worked fine.

If this Country elects a 40% Reform/Tory juggernaut it deserves to go down the toilet it’s currently circling.

Genuinely enjoyed gazing at his more paintings than Turners..I really enjoyed the dual exhibition though. The sketch books and pallets and Turners spectacles.
December 2, 2025 at 8:20 PM
I did like his oil sketches in that exhibition. They were delightful.

Why on earth is The New Yorker interested in Gullis??

Of all the UK political figures…?!

Doesn’t seem very humble, the opposite.

I always thought Brexit would be reversed by the right. Cheeky fekkers.

Cheeky fuckers

I always thought it would be the Tories who reversed Brexit.

I went to the Constable & Turner exhibition at Tate Britain yesterday.

The oil sketches Constable did when outdoors were my favourite - delightful
