The saddest part is that Hoekstra is so over the top with his sycophantic conduct as 47s pitbull to Canada that no threat, real or imaginary, is out of play for an out of control administration. Hoekstra is not in Canada as an ambassador. He is a convenient tool sent by 47 to enrage us.
