The push to censor what kind of art can be purchased online and the supposed promise of Generative AI to revolutionize our relationship to art, to turn art into a funko-pop assembly line that is controlled by corporations and not artists: I think both of these are connected imo.

I do advocate for worship. Worship those who worship you. That's not a pedestal that's not hierarchy or power that's love devotion and reciprocity
I do not ask you to become my disciple or praise me or give me special treatment. I ask you to help me tend to the garden.
Look at how many have been worshipped as sages and wise men only to be found to be foolish or monstrous. Their contributions to the plant are important but that doesn't make them good people or pedestal worthy. If anything should be on the pedestal it is the plant itself.
