NEWS: A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to offer reinstatement to thousands of fired probationary employees at the Departments of Defense, Treasury, Agriculture, Energy, Interior and Veterans Affairs.

Judge Alsup is also demanding sworn testimony from a senior OPM official.

BREAKING: Judge Nichols has issued his written order formalizing his decision to block the Trump administration from putting 2,200 USAID workers on leave tonight.

Just want to say that this is asinine as hell and having my boss and his colleagues fight for the Constitution - which all of us swore an oath to defend - and for the best of US foreign policy not to mention literally saving tens of thousands of lives is a fight worth fighting. Would do it again
