The polls don’t reflect the people
How can it be that Reform lead in the polls when this is how people feel about the leaders? Make it make sense.

Indeed and that could be applied to the NHS as a whole.
In this @bmj.com opinion piece, we propose that infrastructural support, mundane process improvements, and better use of available capacity could deliver more value than some of the headline-grabbing "solutions." We propose a learning system model to help. www.bmj.com/content/392/...
We're seeing an unprecedented increase in cancer incidence (prostate cancer diagnoses alone in England up by 25% since 2019), huge growth in complexity of treatment regimes, shortages of specialist staff, and massive variations in time to first treatment. www.bmj.com/content/392/...

With the growing outrage about the government being a tyranny because they’re considering shutting down X, which recently started producing non-consensual sexual images of women and children not as a bug, but as a feature, it’s worth asking - why?

What do they gain from X?

I think I know why.

And Twitter losing a lot of users.
Supporting a man’s rights to use tech to undress a woman, man or child and share those images is wrong.

No ifs. No buts.

It’s not free speech. It’s a violation.

Please say more about what ‘immigration’ is, using your resonant narratives.

Immigration is good for this country and that we have a clear, moral responsibility to protect those failed by global injustice and political neglect."

Tax justice, social justice, and taxing wealth. Informing the wealth tax debate. Defining ‘wealth’. In a country, and world, of grotesque wealth inequality and avarice.
The push for wealth taxes has been one of the defining economic debates of 2025. The question now is how to create policies that work.

If we are serious about justice, democracy and effective government, this is the path we should take.

There are many White British minority communities that are not fine and, currently, will not be. Indeed they were not ‘fine’ in the past either.
The ‘power’ has nearly always been with the ‘elite’.
I'm none of those things - I'm that oppressed minority, the straight, white man, who has had all the power for the last few thousand years. Poor me.

But this shit isn't about me. I'll be fine. It's about people who need help - and Labour aren't helping. So I'm out. They lost me.
