Even if you're the kind of person who *agrees* that "the future of software development is AI-augmented," you have to see how patently ridiculous this is, right?

Every engineer is expected to actively leverage AI tools for code reviews, testing, documentation, debugging, and productivity. AI is not optional — it is a mandatory part of our daily engineering workflow. Candidates must demonstrate both experience and mindset in utilizing AI effectively to deliver high-quality systems faster and better.

The Guardian does this with all acronyms, it's odd
Use all capitals if an abbreviation is pronounced as the individual letters (an initialism): BBC, CEO, US, VAT, etc; if it is an acronym (pronounced as a word) spell out with initial capital, eg Nasa, Nato, Unicef, unless it can be considered to have entered the language as an everyday word, such as awol, laser and, more recently, asbo, pin number and sim card. Note that pdf and plc are lowercase.

Synthetic Users vs ChatGPT Yes, you can run the same questions on ChatGPT, but the results will be very different. We rely on an agentic architecture and therefore what you get is a whole bunch of agents talking to each other in order to fulfil the task at hand. We also use more than just one model and that adds to the diversity we are known for.
