For the record, even though I swatched, the thing is _huge_. 9 feet deep and a wing-span of 12 feet. Here's a picture of me wearing it at Minnehaha Falls. (I had intended to throw the shawl a party when I finished it, but COVID made that impossible, so I did a photo shoot instead.)

So, I get that this is basically all politics all the time, right now, but I still feel the need to brag that I got a Blue Ribbon at the Minnesota State Fair for this! It is the Princess Shawl, pattern by Sharon Miller, and it took me three years to finish.
