These executive orders on banning federally funded entities from recognizing trans people or disallowing them from using the bathroom are not self-executing or immediately enforceable. They require formal rule making at a minimum. They are a scare tactic. Ignore and do not comply in advance.

Jim’s thread is about D&D in a Castle, but it’s also a snapshot of the logics of the D&D creator/influencer economy, which many folks think is a ladder one might climb but is far more of a black box with only one point of consistency: to those that have, much will be given.
I've had a few people in the TTRPG community reach out to me asking how to become a 'Castle DM' at D&D in a Castle.
I don't have any definitive info, but from what I've seen the people in charge reach out to established 'names' - streamers, developers, designers. They're not taking applications.
