Those of us with autistic family members and feeding issues are already being impacted by this, as food banks often don’t provide the safe foods my son eats. SNAP is not keeping up with food prices. Cuts to SNAP and SSI are going to devastated a lot of the #autistic and #disabled families in WA.
🚨Hunger is already such an incredibly devastating issue in the United States of America. With rising food prices it’s only going to get worse. Those of us on SNAP are struggling to just get through the month. Malnutrition will keep nobody healthy & those of us chronically ill are suffering the most.
The cost of food has risen faster than overall inflation in the last year.
