I agree that Kits needs a T&T. I was disappointed to find out that Loblaws bought T&T years ago though. Somehow I missed that. We could take one less No Frills in Kits and have a T&T instead.

Today’s looks great. I like the loaf as it’s good for sandwiches. Also my hand can grab it easily so I can slice it without risking a finger. But I do love the aesthetic of a traditional boule.
