The use of the phrase “the most powerful man in the world” is tiresome and frankly, erroneous. There should be no such thing in a democracy, ever, despite its incessant use. It invites the kind of personalities that should never be in a position of power. I wish more people would talk about this.

The problem America has (similar to the one we have with Reform UK supporters) is that whilst most decent people are appalled by the excesses of the Trump administration, millions of his supporters will be cheering ICE on and revelling in the cruelty, corruption & pettiness he's brought to the USA.
