See all my uploads? I can do art, just as promised. ~w~

Now I need to work on uploading the actual BFA content, which requires more actual photo editing. See how that goes. x.x

In the meantime, I guess enjoy my Blue Protocol deer boy being pretty~

"01) Lyric: Where It All Begins." Subtractive (erasers, sandpaper, etc.), black India ink and wash, dip pen, on 16.25"x20.75" watercolor paper.

The first piece of my BFA show, "Egregore."

I thought it best to begin the show with a portrait, given that the show is centered on Lyric himself.

The artist statement for my BFA exhibition, "Egregore."

Uploading it as an image for the sake of consistency. The statement explains the concept of the entire visual show: who the character "Lyric" is, along with the burden that slowly consumes him as the show progresses.

Guess we'll start here, given that advertising my show was kinda part of the whole BFA ordeal. :P

Poster 1 and 2: 11"x17", in Adobe Illustrator. Spring 2025.
Sketches done in Clip Studio Paint for respective BFA projects.

"Scully." Subtractive (etching needle, sandpaper, erasers, etc.), India ink wash, acrylic ink, alcohol ink (markers), on 11.5"x11.5" watercolor paper. Fall 2023.

Sigh. :<

This piece has a lot of sentimental value, and the subject matter-- my old cat Scully-- has particular life-shaping importance.

"One Cold Day." Subtractive (sandpaper, etching needle, erasers, etc.), India ink wash, acrylic ink, on 17"x27" watercolor paper. Fall 2023.

After those two studies, I wanted to start experimenting with color being combined with my ink subtractive method. Something I'd never done before.
December 25, 2025 at 7:16 AM
"Model in Ink Wash." India ink wash on 10.5"x11.5" watercolor paper. Fall 2023.

Oh look, my drawing that looks almost photographic made using ink wash. uwu

"Model in Pen and Ink." Pen and India ink on 11"x14" sketchbook paper. Fall 2023.

Again, I do love my habit of using pens like they're pencils lol. Sadly, there were things that went... uh, wrong with this project, material-wise, and it ended up becoming a fucking science experiment. x_X

"How to be a Hypocrite." Adobe Illustrator. Fifth and final project for Graphic Design I.

The goal of this project was to make an instructional booklet of sorts.

Sharing this as a link because it's just easier to process as a PDF.

"UNITY Posters." Adobe Illustrator. Fall 2024; fourth project for Graphic Design I.

The goal of this was to design a set of posters for an upcoming event on campus. The first of three could only manipulate spacing, the second spacing/positioning/size, and the third could include additional shaping.
December 25, 2025 at 5:57 AM
"Harlequin." Adobe Illustrator, and pen for the physical drawings. Fall 2024. Third project for Graphic Design I.

The goal of this project was simplification... which is something I really don't do, but needed to at least start learning.

Ugh.

"Gravity." Adobe Illustrator, and various materials to put the cubes together. Fall 2024, second project for Graphic Design I.

Now we had to design cubes using letterforms, where each side interacts somehow with each other side, forming varying possible patterns. But it had to turn into a (...)

"Untitled." Adobe Illustrator. Fall 2024. The first project for Graphic Design I, where we were to experiment with repeating patterns using only letterforms.

Now, Graphic Design was -not- something I wanted to take. I have no interest in corporatizing my art-- the idea makes me ill. xP

A BREAK FROM YOUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED ART DUMP FOR:

More art, but different~

Here. Have some ceramics I'm proud of. :D

All from my Ceramics II class, taken during Spring 2022.

"Apotheosis." India ink wash and acrylic ink on 40"x40" watercolor paper. Fall 2022.

This *technically* was the first piece to be considered a BFA piece, but ended up not making the cut because it doesn't use any subtractive methods. I still like the piece, even past the obvious face-hiding.
December 24, 2025 at 10:43 PM
"Now I Dream of You." India ink and wash, pen, on 14"x17" bristol paper. Spring 2021.

This one's an oldie. I think it was my first real attempt at the kinds of illustrations I want to make, and it's... not bad? Could certainly be worse.
December 24, 2025 at 10:32 PM
"Eternal Vesper." India ink and wash, acrylic ink and wash, charcoal, on 51"x73" watercolor paper. Spring 2022.

Oh yeah. This giant thing lol.

I was... ambitious. uwu

"Empty Crown." Black and red India ink and wash, charcoal, on 18"x31" watercolor paper. Spring 2022.

This is an idea I'd had for a _very_ long time (and one I redo as a BFA project), though this version wasn't as successful as I'd wanted it to be. Eh.
December 24, 2025 at 9:59 PM
"Molecule." Black India ink and wash, acrylic ink and wash, and charcoal, on 40"x40" multimedia paper. Fall 2021.

You'll start noticing a thematic color in a lot of my pieces-- various tones of red/orange, and it's really the only color range I use if I do actually use color nowadays.
December 24, 2025 at 8:22 PM
I'm in the process of posting a bunch of older pieces, that either a) are actually decent, and/or b), say something about the way I work, be it with physical or digital pieces.

There's a lot to say, but just gotta remind myself. I. Am. STRONK. OwO

And a huge fucking gay dork, obv. ~w~
December 24, 2025 at 9:09 AM
"Anyone But Me." Oil paints and black India ink wash on 21"x28" watercolor paper. Fall 2022.

If there's anything I'm _great_ at, it's making my own projects complicated as hell. :') This is one example of that-- the black/red is in oil paint, while the sections are little ink wash illustrations.
December 24, 2025 at 8:21 AM
"Child's Conscription, Pt. 1". The re-do is the black & white one, while the original is the color.

Original: Black India ink, acrylic ink, dip pen, pastels. (Fall 2022)
Re-do: Black India ink, dip pen. (Spring 2023)
Both on the same sheet of 15"x19" watercolor paper.
December 24, 2025 at 7:02 AM
"Abandoned." Pen and ink, subtractive (utility knife), 11"x16.25" multimedia paper. Fall 2022.

Me and my habit of using pens like they're pencils lol (i.e. if I let myself run wild, I will absolutely kill the nib of the pen).
December 24, 2025 at 6:34 AM
"Skeleton Study." Black India ink wash and pen on 18"x24" watercolor paper. Spring 2022.

If you've noticed anything by now, it's probably that almost every physical project I do involves ink in some way.

It's just neat. uwu

"Camaron." Black India ink wash, subtractive techniques (etching needle, sandpaper, erasers, etc.) on 18"x24" watercolor paper. Spring 2023, and a [very late] Christmas gift for a friend.
